Terms of use

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and IBEX FORCE, LLC (“we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company, for the Timely time-clock service (“Timely”), including when you reach it at a custom domain.

By creating an account, signing in, or using Timely — with Google, X, or an email login link — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

If you sign in with Google, you also agree to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you sign in with X, you also agree to X’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Those companies operate independently. Their rules apply to your use of their sign-in. We only receive what we need to open your Timely account.

Timely lets you clock in and out for yourself and, if you choose, with a workplace Team. We may change, pause, or stop features. Timely is a record-keeping tool, not legal, payroll, or tax advice.

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. Timely is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

You are responsible for your sign-in methods and for the hours you record. Keep at least one working way to get in. You may export or delete your account in Account.

If you create a Team, you are the admin. You may invite people. Members’ Team hours are visible to you. Members do not see each other. Personal hours are never shared with a Team.

If you join a Team, you agree that the admin can see your clock-ins on that Team. How those records are used (including employment law) is the admin’s responsibility.

Don’t abuse Timely, try to break it, scrape it, impersonate others, or record hours that aren’t yours. We may suspend or delete an account we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. Details are in the Privacy policy.

We use service providers to host Timely, store data, and send email (login links, verification, and invites). Using Timely means you agree those providers may process the information needed to do that work, only for that purpose, as described in the Privacy policy.

Timely is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Timely will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, IBEX FORCE, LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to Timely is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for Timely in the twelve months before the claim. Some laws do not allow certain limits; those limits apply only as far as allowed.

You may delete your account at any time. We may end access if you violate these Terms or if we stop offering Timely. Terms that should survive, including this section and the liability limits, will survive.

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted in Timely with a new effective date. If you keep using Timely after that date, you agree. If you don’t, delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
